Eligibility Criteria
From the HEC LLB Curriculum 2025:
- Minimum Education: Higher Secondary School Certificate / A-Levels (12 years of schooling) or IBCC equivalent. Minimum Marks: 45%.
- Admission Test: 50% score in Law Admission Test (LAT) conducted by ETC-HEC is mandatory.
Program Goals
By the end of the LL.B. 4-year program, graduates will be able to:
- Understand core legal principles, doctrines, and structure of national & international legal systems.
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written legal formats, including drafting and advocacy.
- Use practical legal skills such as client interviewing, negotiation, ADR, and litigation.
- Demonstrate professional ethics, responsibility, and commitment to rule of law and social justice.
- Conduct legal research, interpret laws, identify legal issues, and develop well-reasoned legal arguments.
